What is the cost of airport transfer?
Airport Transfer – IDR 1.200.000 per car per way

Airport Transfer – IDR 2.400.000 per car (Return)

My email has not been responded to, what should I do?
We normally respond to all emails within 24 hours during normal business hours

Monday – Friday     : 08.00am – 08.00pm
Saturday – Sunday  : 08.00am – 04.00pm

Outside of the hours above, we will respond as soon as possible the next day

Is baby sitter available and what is the cost?
A babysitting service can be arranged for you. Please advise the front desk of your requirement 24 hours in advance. Babysitting service is available at additional charge.

Is the Kiddies Club free of charge?
Yes, Children aged 4 to 12 years are welcome to join the club. Children under the age of 4 years are welcome, but must be accompanied by parents or a dedicated babysitter

Kiddies club is open daily from 08.00am – 04.00pm

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
Please visit our home page www.kbi.pphotels.com and insert your e-mail address in the Newsletter box.

What is the maximum number of people allowed in a Deluxe Room or Deluxe Balcony Room?
2 Adults and and 1 child under 12 years old with an Extra Bed at an additional charge of IDR 400.000net per night inclusive of breakfast.

Is there a hair dryer available in the room?
Yes, each room is equipped with a hair dryer.

Do you provide gluten free or vegetarian menu options?
Special menu preparations can be requested in each restaurant. Best would be to inform us upon the confirmation of  your booking.

Is there a dress code in the hotel?
Yes, no singlets are allowed in the restaurants Kresna Coffee Shop, Nagamas Lounge and Plaza Nihon Japanese Restaurant during breakfast, lunch and dinner time as well as Hotel area such as: eL Kafe, Cyber Lounge, Lobby Area, Pandawa Meeting Room, Riung Graha BallRoom and Leisure Club area. Also do not walk around bare feet.

Will my credit card be charged prior arrival?
Unless you have chosen to Book, Pay and Save, your credit card is only required to guarantee your booking and will not be charged prior your arrival. Upon arrival, you require to settle the total amount of your stay.
In case you cancel your reservation, your credit card will be charged according to our cancellation and no show policy in case your booking is cancelled after the stated deadline or in case you are No Show.

Do you provide lactose free milk in hotel?
Yes, we normally  provide soya milk for our guests which are lactose intolerant or you can contact our FB manager upon arrival.

Is breakfast included?
The room rates featured online include breakfast for 2 persons. For Family Room inclusion is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 10 years old. Especially for Weekend Package, inclusion is based on for 2 adults and 2 children under 10 years old for all room types.

Is the access to the swimming pool for free?
During your stay with us free access is provided to all our swimming pools.

Do I need to bring towels along or will these be provided during our stay?
Towels will be provided on a daily basis in your room.

Can I fit one baby cot and one extra bed in one room?
No, our Superior up to Deluxe Balcony Rooms can only fit maximum one extra bed or one baby cot as well as Family Suites. But for other Suites can fit maximum one extra bed and one baby cot.

Do you provide free Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is provided in all our restaurants & bar, lobby area, meeting rooms and in the room.

I sent a private message to Social Media (facebook, instagram) – but I did not Receive a response. What Should I do?
We normally respond to all messages as quickly as possible during business hours
