GUEST LOYALTY PROGRAM

Welcome to the Prime Plaza Hotel Purwakarta Rewards Program. The program is for our loyal guests, subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions:

      1. Guest Loyalty Program

Is a free membership for our loyal guests to get rewards point by staying at Prime Plaza Hotel Purwakarta

2. Earning Point

You earn point by staying at Prime Plaza Hotel Purwakarta when booked directly or through hotel website www.kbi.pphotels.com.  Online Travel Agent bookings or Travel Agent/Wholesaler are not applicable for rewards points.

3. Membership

To participate in the rewards program, you must be a member. The Hotel may determine who it grants membership to and may revoke your membership at any time, without prior notice.

You may complete an application for membership.

4. Membership Number

You must give your membership number at the time of booking in order to receive points for your room nights stays and food & beverage purchases.

5. Purchase Earns Points

Points are only earned on charges to your room bill during your stay.

Points may not be split between room occupants and will be rewarded to the membership number on the booking.

Points can be accumulated on food and drink charged to your room account during your stay.

6. Rewards Point

The Hotel may change the number of rewards point per rupiah spent at any time without prior notice.

7. No Cash Value

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferable.

8. Refunds

If you receive a refund for any purchase, any rewards points for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

9. Point Redemption

You may redeem points by completing and signing a reward order form.

Point redemption is only valid in conjunction with a paying stay at the Hotel minimum 2 nights per stay.

10. Inactive

Points valid for 2 years from the date of they are rewarded. If you do not collect points during this period then your membership will be considered inactive and all accumulated points will be forfeited.

11. Up to date Information

You must ensure the information you provide to the Hotel is complete and up to date. If any information changes, you may notify the Hotel immediately.

12. Privacy

The information you provide as part of the rewards program is used in compliance with the Hotel’s privacy policy.

13. Cancellation

Once redeemed, the point cannot be reversed in the event of cancellation. The redemption can however be transferred to future reservation of the same member.
