AIR CONDITIONING
All guest rooms are fully air-conditioned. Individual controls enable guests to regulate temperature in the room. Balcony door must be properly closed to allow mechanism to function.

KEY CARDS (Dial 2)
All guest rooms are fitted with manual key card system. If you require additional keys, please contact our Reception desk at ext. “2”. Please leave your key cards at the reception desk upon check-out.

MASTER SWITCH
The master switch is activated by inserting your key card in the Switch located on the wall at the entrance. Please remember to remove your key card when leaving your room.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in Hotel area. The premises have opted for a non-smoking policy which applies to the public areas as well as the bedrooms.

Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
For Late Check-out on departure day, please contact Reception at the ext. “2”

Personal Cheques are not accepted for payment

Foreign Currency may be exchanged at Reception Desk in the Main Lobby.

A cash deposit is required to cover the estimated charges during the guest’s stay unless the guest is either paying by an accepted credit card or prior credit arrangements have been made. Should you have any queries, please contact Reception.

QUEUES
To avoid early morning queues at Reception you may wish to settle your bill the night before at reception.

LUGGAGE (Dial 2)
Should you require help with luggage please ask Reception and they will arrange for a porter to assist you.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage storage is available at Front Office upon check-out.

LOST PROPERTY (Dial 2)
Any lost property found in the hotel is placed in Lost & Found storage. Please contact Reception.

DOCTOR (Dial 2)
If you require a doctor or emergency services please call Reception and they will contact the Doctor on call immediately

DO NOT DISTRUB PRIVACY (Dial 0)
When placing the Do Not Disturb sign on your doorknob please also inform the Telephone Operator if you wish full privacy.
Be sure to advise when you wish to receive calls again and change the sign on your door.

WAKE UP CALLS (Dial 2)
Should you require a wake-up call please contact Reception.

DRINKING WATER
Please do not drink tap water. Complimentary mineral water is available.

BOTTLE OPENER
Bottle opener is available near the wash basin in your bathroom.

ELECTRICITY
The electric current is 220 volts. Razor outlet 220 volts

TURN DOWN SERVICE
Should you require turn down service, please advise Reception by 05:00pm

DRY CLEANING AND LAUNDRY SERVICE (Dial 6)
Please contact Housekeeping Department before 09:00AM, so that they will arrange when your laundry to be collected and returned to you on the same day. Express Laundry is available at additional charge.

EXTRA BED / PILLOWS / BLANKETS (Dial 6)
Should you require an extra bed in your room, additional pillows and blankets, please contact our Housekeeping at ext. “6”. Extra bed is available at additional charge.

HAIR DRYER
Hair Dryer are available in all guest bedrooms and are located in the bathrooms

FLORIST / FLORAL DECORATIONS (Dial 6)
If you would like to purchase or send flowers please contact our Housekeeping Department at ext. “6”

IRON / IRONING BOARD (Dial 6)
Housekeeping would be happy to accommodate your request, please dial ext. “6”

BABY SITTING SERVICE (Dial 2)
A babysitting service can be arranged for you. Please advise the reception desk of your requirement 24 hours in advance. Babysitting service is available at additional charge.

WHEELCHAIRS (Dial 1)
Should you require a wheelchair assistance please contact our Porter on duty who will be happy to assist you

FAX / PHOTOCOPY (Dial 2)
Faxing and photocopying services please contact Reception at ext. “2”

MAIL/MESSAGES
Any mail or messages addressed to guests will be held at Reception for collection at your convenience.

GOLF (Dial 2)
Please contact Reception for the information on local courses, tee off times, green fees and reservation.

WORSHIP
The kiblat arrow is located on the top of ceiling in your room. Prayer mats are available through Housekeeping.

PETS
We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted.

DURIAN FRUIT
Durian Fruits are not permitted within the hotel’s premises due to the strong smell.
