Originated from French this simple classic dessert which formerly layered with maple-scotch pastry cream and covered in a thin layer of crisp caramelized sugar have been escalated to a rather modern taste by our pâtissier.A whiff of fresh fruity scent and sweet chocolate aroma kick in as you scoop a piece of it, it’s dense, creamy, moist and flavorful, with a delightful array of textures which is mild and soft yet crispy in each bite that melted in your mouth.
